Terms & Conditions
Hotel Policy:
- Our standard check-out time 1200 hours/ check-in time 1400 hours
- Early morning arrivals prior to 1400 hours will be booked from previous night and charged accordingly
- In-case of no-show first night charges will be applied
- 50% Advance payment is subject to final confirmation and remaining amount will be paid before check out.
- A maximum of one (O1) child up to 07 Years may share parents’ room on existing bedding free of charge.
- Children between 7-12 Years: Breakfast charges (as mentioned above) will apply.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation within 02 week in advance of the arrival is subject to 50% of 01st night charge.
- Cancellation within 03-04 weeks in advances of the arrival is subject to charge 30% on 1st night.
- If there is a landslide on the route on day of arrival, guest can reuse advance amount with 06 month.
Flight Cancellation
- Guest have to inform us immediately after Flight cancel.
- Guest has to provide us proof of cancel ticket with guest name.
- After providing required information, guests are allowed to reuse advance amount within 06 month
NOTE: Gilgit-Baltistan is a Tax-Exempted region at the movement so no taxes are part of our room / meal rate. In case of any
future tax imposition, the tax amount will be additional to rates quoted above. Our rate will change in case of a drastic
devalue of PKRs against foreigner currency.Â
